Engineering

The Electrical Design team works with Project Engineers and customers utilizing AutoCAD Electrical design suite to develop control schematics, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Material. Once complete, Electrical Design releases the bills to Purchasing and supports production during the assembly process, implementing any changes and improvements throughout the construction process. The Mechanical Design team uses AutoCAD Mechanical for 2D cell layout and Autodesk Inventor 3D software to contribute end-of-arm tooling, pneumatic devices, conveyors, structural components, and servo-controlled equipment to our robotic systems before releasing BOMs to Purchasing.

Electrical Design : Electrical Engineering uses AutoCad Electrical design suite to put together control schematics and wiring diagrams for the robotic systems. Once the designs are complete, the Electrical Designer puts together Bills of Materials for ordering. During the building process, they help answer questions that come up with construction. Mechanical Design : Mechanical Design uses Inventor 3D software to design equipment around the robot manipulators to accomplish the required tasks. Robotic end of arm tooling, pneumatic pushers, and servo controlled conveyor assemblies are a small sample of equipment that the mechanical designers are involved with in our systems.
