QComp Technologies’ latest offering is their Robotic Case Erector, which provides random-size case erecting with zero change-over between case sizes. The cell can hold up to six different case sizes at one time with a case erecting rate of 6-8 cases per minute. The compact solution leaves a small footprint and safe operation.

Manual line changeovers are eliminated by using smart sensors, drives, and advanced AI based control algorithms, resulting in reduced downtime and higher, more-consistent throughput.
