This robotic loading system utilizes a proprietary 3D-vision based approach, powered by AI, to pick insulated glass, panels, sheets, or a variety of assembly components from the end of a production line and autonomously place them into a Slotted Rack or L-Rack.   

To accomplish this task reliably when rack systems are placed manually by operators or autonomous forklifts, the QComp team developed an AI-based 3D-vision guided solution. QComp’s unique solution locates the rack and the slotted fixtures to place the glass, sheet, panel or other product into the Slotted Rack with precision. Many different styles and sizes of racks may be used in the same cell and may be placed or removed from the robotic cell either manually, on turntables, or by autonomous mobile robots.
